Open the file from Downloads or notification bar.

If blocked: Settings → Security → Install unknown apps → Allow

Tap Install → Open VarletPark → Login.

If "App not installed": uninstall older build, then install again (or share screenshot to support).

Recommended: Use dedicated devices (one device per shift) to prevent login conflicts & device-related issues.
iOS Urgent Fixes (TestFlight)

iOS does not install IPA directly like Android. Use TestFlight for fast deployments.

Install TestFlight from App Store.

Open VarletPark TestFlight invite link.

Tap Install (or Update).

Allow notifications (optional) to get update alerts.

If build expired, contact support for new build upload.
